Focus sur le Fonds d'Initiatives Locales (F.I.L.)
La Fondation de France, dans le cadre de son programme Solidarité Haïti, soutient les initiatives locales haïtiennes dans les secteurs de la culture, de l'entreprenariat, du développement rural et urbain à travers la mise en place des Fonds pour les Initiatives Locales (FIL).

Quatre fonds dédiés au financement des initiatives haïtiennes locales dans les domaines urbain, rural, économique et culturel
Le FIL Culture, géré par la Fondation Culture Création, une institution culturelle haïtienne reconnue d’utilité publique, partenaire de la Fondation de France pour la mise en oeuvre du FIL Culture Haïti. Elle gère le fonds et accompagne les regroupements d’artistes, d’écrivains et d’artisans d’art, les institutions et associations culturelles dans la réalisation de leurs projets.

Le FIL «Rural», géré par Agronomes et Vétérinaires Sans Frontières, finance des projets portés par des ONG ou des associations locales travaillant dans les zones rurales touchées par le séisme. Les projets soutenus pourront viser la reconstruction ou la réhabilitation d’infrastructure, l’appui à la valorisation de produits alimentaires et aux filières d’exportation, le développement de l’élevage, les projets environnementaux ou encore des projets d’appui aux organisations paysannes.

Le FIL « Petites entreprises » géré par Entrepreneurs du Monde a pour objectif de soutenir la création ou le développement de très petites entreprises haïtiennes en favorisant la mise en place d’activités productives et génératrices d’emplois. Par le biais d’une subvention, d’un crédit et d’un suivi individualisé, Entrepreneurs du Monde vous propose de soutenir votre projet et de couvrir les dépenses nécessaires à sa mise en oeuvre. N’hésitez pas à vous renseigner pour connaître les critères de sélection des projets et des entreprises.

Le FIL « Urbain » géré par le GRET, finance des projets en milieu urbain, dans les quartiers précaires. Le fonds soutient des réalisations comme l’aménagement d'espaces publics, l’organisation d'événements communautaires, des actions de sensibilisation ou de formation, avec pour objectifs de renforcer les capacités des acteurs locaux du développement urbain et la redynamisation des quartiers à travers le renforcement des liens sociaux.
